Initial consultation and diagnostic fee* and testing of Faulty hardware  - $60 per piece of hardware that needs testing done For a full system hardware test it's $130

 

*Allow a minimum of 48 hours to diagnose any issues Not including Public Holidays

Networking setup and troubleshooting                                                                 $170 Maximum

Virus and Trojan removal                                                                                          $120 Maximum

Computer hardware upgrades and repairs*                                             $115-$200 Maximum

Regular From $100 per hour

Students $70 per hour

Concession  DSP $55 per hour

Seniors and Veterans $50 per hour

*Prices are negotiable for those on budgets and a low-income Concession card must be provided for DSP and OLD AGE Veterans Pensions Only 

For student Rates, a Student ID card must be provided

and for Concession rates, the card must be provided with the correct Name on the Card.

The warranty provided for all reconditioned laptops and desktops lasts 6 months. All parts that are sold come with a 1 moths warranty. Any brand-new parts used are covered under the respective company warranty. Please note laptop batteries are not covered under the warranty as it is considered a disposable items.
